Loie Fuller’s, 1455 Westminster Street, Providence. With her beautiful carved wood bar, art deco mirrors, and low but flattering light, Loie’s is romantic by nature. Owned by a couple that is truly dedicated to historical preservation, New Rivers is a gorgeously preserved piece of old Providence.
