  1. Consistency– South county Adventure Boot Camp allows you to sign up for 3 to 5 days per week. This means that you can choose the frequency that works for you, your goals, and your schedule. All too often we start out with an unmanageable and unreasonable workout schedule. It is important to build a schedule that is consistent and will not die off over time. Not only will you be held accountable for yourself, but you also become part of the support system that helps all the other wonderful ladies reach their goals.  Keep it consistent and you will begin to see the changes even after your first session of camp!
  2. Challenge–  It is true that if it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you. However, it is important to realize that challenge is different from person-to-person. That is why we create workouts that are challenging and can be modified for every fitness level. We work with women of all ages and fitness levels, from the most avid runner to those just starting to get back into working out. Not only will you feel challenged but you also feel capable.
