10 inches, with localized amounts up to 13 inches, are

* WHERE…Much of Northern Massachusetts, South Coastal Rhode
Island and Massachusetts.

* WHEN…From Wednesday morning through Thursday morning.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Plan on difficult travel conditions.
Significant reductions in visibility are possible.
