After a stint working on a NASCAR pit crew and a long run as a cast member of the popular reality television show Survivor: Nicaragua, Rice moved to Nashville and co-wrote the Hot 100-busting Florida Georgia Line single “Cruise”.  A few short years later, he had built a loyal fan base across the country through his energetic live shows and gained the attention of industry professionals with his edgy, eclectic sound.  Rice’s Ignite the Night album debuted in 2014 at No. 1 on Billboard’s Top Country Albums and No. 3 on the all-genre chart.  That album also produced a pair of Top 5 hits, the Platinum-certified “Ready Set Roll” and “Gonna Wanna Tonight”.

“I don’t care if people call me ‘bro-country’ or they call me hip-hop or rock.  All I care about is if I walk on stage and people are screaming every word back to me,” said Rice.  After supporting Kenny Chesney’s The Big Revival Tour 2015, Rice hit the road with his own JD and Jesus Tour and recently wrapped the Campus Events Network Presents College Days, Country Nights: The Chase Rice Back to College Tour.  His new single, “Everybody We Know Does,” from his upcoming album is available at digital retailers.

”If you’re into country music with a little edge this is the concert to see,” said Michele Maker Palmieri, President and CEO of Waterfront Productions, the parent company of RI Waterfront Events.  “Chase puts on a great, energetic show which is compelling fans across the country to want more.”
