Things are truly getting back to normal. We’ve started to have indoor shows again, and now the School of Folk is returning every Tuesday night. This time around the format has changed a little bit to allow for lessons at any skill level with a variety of stringed instruments. Whether you’re an old pro or just picking up a guitar for the first time, Bob Woods’ classes have something to offer.

6:00  BEGINNING GUITAR: Whether you are just starting out or are ready to play some easy songs, this workshop will help get you off to a good start and have more fun with your guitar. All ages welcome.

7:00  CLAWHAMMER BANJO: Learn to play in the old southern mountain style. Beginners are welcome as well as more seasoned players. There will be something for every level.

8:00  OLD-TIME MUSIC SESSION: Bring your fiddle, banjo, guitar, or mandolin, let’s play some old-time music and learn new tunes. Share in the fun!

THERE IS ONLY ONE CHARGE OF  $10 FOR THE ENTIRE EVENING. Take one workshop or all three. Private lessons in guitar and clawhammer banjo are also available with flexible times to suit your schedule. No pre-registration needed for workshops.
