Winter Birding at Sachuest Point

We’re not quite out of the winter season yet, but if you’re getting cabin fever and you’re looking for a fun, family-friendly activity, check out the Audubon Society’s winter birding event. This bird watching event takes place on February 1st at Sachuest Point in Middletown, and is a great introducing to bird watching, as well as a great display of Rhode Island’s native wildlife.

Tickets are $12 for adults and $6 for children, although it should be noted that attendees must be ten or older, and are encouraged to dress warmly. For more information, visit the Audubon Society of Rhode Island’s website.
