Starting a new program of any kind can be a challenge. One of the first things you will experience is your newfound ability to jump this hurdle. The reason is simple, accountability. One key component to the success of all programs is being held accountable. Your trainers are counting on you to show up and do your best. If you are not at camp, we will be sure to follow up with you and see how we can support you and keep you going. In addition, you will be surrounded by a group of supportive women. You better believe they are counting on you to get up and show up, just like them.
This leads us to our next point, that group of women we just mentioned…you will suddenly notice they are more than your workout buddies. Many of our campers have created life long friendships with other campers; this is hard to accomplish in a gym. You may find that new doors and new opportunities arise just by meeting the fabulous ladies of South County Adventure Boot Camp. South County Adventure Boot Camp is a 60-minute session 3-5 times a week. What is most important to understand is that our program goes far beyond the hour you are actually in camp. We offer constant support. Our success is only measured by your success. That means we are into for you and your goals. We have a support page where we provide you with motivation, tips, recipes, workouts, challenges, and much more. This also gives you the opportunity to communicate with other campers beyond camp.
