Accountability…The Key to Health & Fitness Success!

Many factors contribute to attaining your health and fitness goals. However, over the years, we have come to find one that can most significantly shift your chances for success, accountability. South County Boot Camp and Coaching for Women has created a program that will hold you accountable for your workouts, goals, and commitments. All too often, we join a gym, download an app, buy equipment, or join a class only to find that we lose stamina and eventually move to something else, which yields the same result. In the design of our program, we chose to make accountability a focal point. Here’s how:

Personal Attention: As your coaches and trainers, we will know you and your personal goals well. Working together, we will make sure that you have created attainable goals and take the proper steps to reach them. During the workout portion of our program, we will motivate you and make sure that you are working to the best of your ability. In addition, we will provide you with tips on proper form as well as modifications when needed. Typical fitness programs and gyms do not offer personal attention, so we don’t always hold ourselves accountable in those settings.  

Expectations:  While we can see your progress during camp, we are not always aware of what you are doing outside of camp. However, we do expect that you are holding yourself accountable to those fitness goals 24/7. Our program includes a group coaching page to provide additional tips, recipes, words of wisdom, motivation, and more. This group allows you to interact with current campers to hold each other accountable and raise each other up. An open line of communication through emails, text, and social media will hold you responsible both in and out of camp.

No Excuses:  It may sound cliche, but our program makes it nearly impossible to miss your workout. To begin, we will be aware of your scheduled workout days and times. If you are missing for some time without alerting us, we will find out how to help get you back on track. We expect you to show up for the days and times that you are scheduled for. However, we understand that circumstances arise, and we have the perfect solution. South County Boot Camp and Coaching for Women has a database full of past and present workouts. If you miss your workout for any reason, you can log on and choose from a wide variety of workouts! As your coaches, we will help you schedule a time to complete your workout and follow up to make sure you are being held accountable.
