Fall is here! The leaves aren’t turning yet but we are ready for autumn! Start off embracing the season the right way and support local farmers at Carpenter’s Farm 1st Annual Fall Festival, Starting Saturday October 1st! Family activities are what this festival is all about, and you won’t be disappointed in Matunuck this year. Everyone young and old loves a good corn maze, getting lost has never been so enjoyable! Carpenter’s Farm has put many hours and much thought into the maze in the huge corn field, as they do every year, serious fun for everyone. This year, the maze features a huge tractor with the words, “buy local”. As if that weren’t enough, they are also offering unique activities like pumpkin bowling, sack races, hay tunnels and more! The family fun abounds at Carpenter’s Farm this season!
The Festival will be open every Saturday & Sunday in October.
Bring the family out for some festive fall activities on the farm. Located in beautiful Matunuck, you can’t go wrong with a day on the farm! So Much to do too, it should be hard to decide where to start at Carpenters. Make sure you stop and say hello to the cows, chickens and goats. It is always a nice way to share the glory of the season on a farm, there is something about fall that makes these surroundings attractive. The smell of hay and the sights and sounds of cooler weather to come, get on the hayride and have a look around the farm. There are plenty of activities for children of all ages, and a free Hayride with $10 admittance.
Carpenter’s Farm Stand is open 7 days, 8 am – 6 pm.

A long history precedes this enticing event. Carpenter’s Farm Stand is widely known for its delicious corn that has been available for decades. Carpenters Farm is a 4th generation family run farm, that started out as a small portable farm stand on the side of the road just selling fruits and vegetables. Since then they have expanded their services, including excavation, landscape construction services, and snow and ice management.
