Are you looking to add a little bit of fitness and a lot of fun to your child’s routine? South County Adventure Boot Camp is now offering Buddy Boot Camp! A camp created with the whole family in mind. Starting healthy habits young is essential in creating a healthy lifestyle for the entire family. This program welcomes kids and adults of all fitness levels. We have one common goal, introduce families to healthy habits and exercises that can be implemented into the family routine.
Buddy Boot Camp is a great way to engage with your child on a whole new level. Our Buddy Boot Camp will give you valuable time with your child while instilling lifelong healthy habits. Buddy Boot Camp will increase confidence and foster social engagement. This atmosphere will allow parents/guardians and kids to interact in a safe and healthy environment.
This exciting family adventure will start on June 3rd and will take place on Sunday mornings for 4 weeks. Kids ages 3-5 will meet at 8:30-9: 00 am and kids ages 6-10 will meet at 9:15-10: 00 am. This indoor/outdoor camp will provide families with an exciting new look on health and exercise. Teams can consist of one adult and one child. Adults can be Moms, Dads, Aunts, Uncles, Grandmas, Grandpas, Babysitters, and Guardians of all fitness levels. Contact us with specific questions about the make-up of your team. Meet the Team:
Ryan Bate is the owner of South County Adventure Boot Camp. An avid fitness enthusiast from an early age, Ryan has been involved in competitive sports and physical activity throughout his life. He has been successful in the Fitness Industry for the past ten years and has experience helping individuals of all ages and physical fitness levels.
Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Community Health Education from Rhode Island College. He is also a NESTA certified Adventure Boot Camp instructor and a Certified Personal trainer from the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and he is CPR Certified.
Ryan is thrilled to bring Adventure Boot Camp to Rhode Island to help busy women achieve their fitness goals while also managing all other aspects of their lives. He is passionate about helping people of all ages, sizes, and abilities reach their health and fitness goals and believe the most important tool to achieve those goals is education; “education is the key to lifelong health and fitness success”.

Danielle Bate is the Co-Owner of South County Adventure Boot Camp. Though she is new to the fitness field, she shares a significant passion to help women in the South County Community exceed their personal goals and needs in improving their lifestyle through physical activity and enhanced eating habits. She has been involved in the health and fitness field for 4 years; she is known for her program design creativity, determination to help others and being a phenomenal cook (she shares many of her recipes with her clients weekly). Danielle has a Wellness Coach Certification from the Spencer Institute. Danielle also has a passion for Hula Hooping and is a certified Hoop Dance and Hoop Fit instructor levels 1 and 2.
Danielle Holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English (major) and Psychology (minor) from The University of Rhode Island. Danielle has a Certification in Personal training from National Exercise & Sports Trainers Association (NESTA) and the International Sports and Fitness Trainers Association (ISFTA). Danielle has Wellness Coach certification from the Spencer Institue and a Hula Hoop Dance and Fitness Certification through Hoopnotica. In addition, she is CPR and first aid Certified from the American Red Cross.

Holland Tulip has a passion for fitness, education, and working with youth. She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Elementary Education and History from Monmouth University. She taught 4th grade in New Jersey for four years before moving to Rhode Island in 2011. For the last seven years, Holland has managed a youth program designed for the children of military families. She supports their social, emotional, educational, and recreational needs through planning and facilitating activities that foster social connections, develop leadership skills and personal growth, and instill resiliency and coping skills.
Holland has been a member of South County Adventure Boot Camp for Women since 2012, which inspired her to obtain her Youth Fitness Trainer Certification through the International Sports Science Association (ISSA). She is excited to partner with South County Adventure Boot Camp to bring together her experience, her love of working with youth and families, and her passion for education and fitness. On this new adventure, they will bring wellness and fun to families, helping to instill optimism and healthy habits for a lifetime of positive mental and physical fitness.

What is the Cost?
The cost for Buddy Boot Camp is ONLY $70 for the Parent/Guardian and child combo. This is an affordable and fun time all while making a healthy lifestyle change with your family. That’s only $17.50 per day per training session, for two people… that’s an Amazing Price of $8.75 per person! Compare that to upwards of $50, $60, $70 or even $80-$100 for one on one personal training. Buddy Boot Camp also includes nutritional tips, engaging emails, recipes and the undivided attention of your trainers.
