Pure Strength and Fitness is dedicated to helping you achieve your personal fitness goals. They offer a variety of group classes, one on one training, weightlifting, Olympic lifting and much more. The class schedule is convenient and classes are offered morning, afternoon and evenings, running for about 1 hour. Each class will be led by one of our coaches who will guide you through warm up, stretch/mobility, skill instruction and the workout. Each class is designed for your success and will allow all fitness levels to see gains in both strength and mobility.
Both the novice and the competitive will be challenged to reach his or her personal fitness goals. Each workout offers a variety of skills allowing you to work at your fitness level while benefiting from the energy of the group setting. The group setting will add motivation, excitement and support to your workout.
The team at Pure Strength & Fitness can help you reach your personal fitness goals. They are also experts at helping athletes perform at a higher level. Using sports performance and conditioning programs, athletes will be able to take their game to the next level!
