The Rathskeller in Charlestown, Rhode Island

A Great Local Spot!
5.0

An evening at the Rathskeller hits the spot…………the food is fabulous, the waitresses so friendly, and the atmosphere has it all! I love that this cozy tavern is tucked into the woods, off the beaten path, yet has everything you could possibly want for drinks, food, and ambiance. Definitely the place to be on a cold winter night…(or spring, summer, and fall)!!!! Love it! PS…I highly recommend the onion soup and of course…the French fries.

Great Beer and Food
5.0

Wow how lucky is Charlestown to have a chef like Wayne Bush in their town.Wayne was one of the chefs that made the Matunuck Oyster Bar the success it is today.
The scallops were fantastic as was the flounder. Great beer and wine at good prices and great service. They have a state of the art beer refrigeration system and 18 taps BBC,Strongbow,Shed, Dogfish Head,Limbo IPA from Longtrail,Shipyard and more not listed on menu or website. If you love great food- go and get some at the Charlestown Rathskeller.
