We’re thrilled to announce the 5th Annual Quahog Week will return May 17-23!  Quahog Week celebrates our iconic Rhode Island clam by highlighting the hard working men and women who harvest quahogs from Narragansett Bay, the fabulous RI markets and restaurants that offer them to consumers , and the talented chefs who prepare them in so many delicious ways.

Quahog Week highlights the many restaurants, markets, fishermen, and food-based businesses committed to growing Rhode Island’s local food economy, with special emphasis on quahogs.

From May 17-23, restaurants and markets across Rhode Island will celebrate this sustainable resources and its year-round availability by featuring a quahog dish on their menu.
