The weekend of April 10 & 11, 2021, Wickford Village Merchants will host a socially distanced and outside version of its annual Daffodil Days!  The weekend is more than the flowers.  New shops have replaced shops closed by store owners retiring.  It is about the joy of spring and renewal.

It’s a different Daffodil Days then we are used to…but it’s a Daffodil Days!  The Village and local homes will be decorated in Rhode Island grown daffodils.

The schedule of event is as follows

Saturday, April 10

All Day – Shop Hop – Hop around to participating businesses and every purchase earns you a change to bring home a basket blooming with Wickford Goodies!

1:00pm – Spring Fever – Need a little SPRING in your step?  Be on the sidewalks for a surprise thatwill surely make you want to BOOGIE!  Put on those dancin’ shoes (and masks) and join us.  Rain date: next day, same time

1:00-3:00pm – Spring Scavenger Hunt – Sponsored by The Wickford Way Magazine pre-register by April 7^th by emailing wickfordway@n2pub.com.  Rain date: next day, same time

2:00-5:00pm – Horse-Drawn Carriage Rides – Enjoy an enchanting tour around Wickford with New Deal Horse & Carriage!  Spots are limited, must pre-book.  Check availability online at www.newdealcarriage.com
