We all know there is so much to love about Rhode Island, especially when you live here! Fortune Magazine predicts the Providence-Warwick, RI-MA to be among the hottest real estate markets in 2016! Below is a bit about the trend among listing page views, and the speed at which the inventory is moving.

“Jonathan Smoke, Chief Economist with Realtor.com put forward his predictions for markets that “are poised for a for substantial growth in prices and sales” next year. He looked at which markets are seeing 60% more listing page views than the national average, and the inventory of which is moving 16 days faster than the national average, and found the following 10 markets can be expected to take off:

2. St. Louis, MO-IL
3. San Diego-Carlsbad, CA
4. Sacramento-Roseville-Arden-Arcade, CA
5. Atlanta-Sandy Springs-Roswell, GA
6. New Orleans-Metairie, LA
7. Memphis, TN
8. Charlotte-Concord-Gastonia, NC-SC
9. Virginia Beach-Norfolk, Newport News, VA-NC
10. Boston-Cambridge-Newton, MA-NH”
