Goal Setting: Setting goals is one of the most effective ways to make changes. However, without the proper knowledge, many of us set goals that can be too lofty and ultimately hinder our progress. As coaches, we assess your personal goals and current routines to help you create short-and long-term goals. We will teach you how to set goals, track progress, celebrate gains, and adjust when needed.
Accountability: Excuses are not hard to find, especially with our busy lives. A coach will not only hold you accountable but will also help you eliminate and identify obstacles. We will continuously be checking in with you to see if you are holding yourself accountable to your personal goals. As part of our program, we offer individual check-ins, weekly wellness challenges, live coaching, Facebook live classes, a supportive online community, and the ability to access our workout database. If you cannot attend your scheduled workouts due to a conflict, you are still accountable for making up what you missed.
