They meticulously dry rub their meat and allow it to smoke up to 12 hours. The goods literally come from the smoker to your plate. If you are coming here, expect to sit at the picnic table provided or to take your meal with you. This is a great stop on your way home for dinner or on your way to a gathering, there are no indoor dining facilities.
