Two decades into a recording career that began when he was 16, Kenny Wayne Shepherd has built an enviable resume as an accomplished recording artist, a riveting live performer and one of the most talented and distinctive guitarists of his generation. He has four albums that have gone Platinum, received five Grammy nominations, two Billboard Music Awards, the Blues Foundation’s Keeping The Blues Alive award and two Blues Music awards. Shepherd has had six #1 blues albums. a string of #1 mainstream rock singles and his acclaimed CD/documentary project, 10 Days Out: Blues from the Backroads, was the top-selling blues album of 2007. In 2013, Shepherd further expanded his musical horizons by teaming up with veteran rockers Stephen Stills and Barry Goldberg to form the band, The Rides, whose second album, Pierced Arrow, debuted at #1 on the Billboard Blues charts in 2016. Shepherd’s most recent album release, Goin’ Home, features tunes originally popularized by such blues icons as B.B. King, Albert King, Muddy Waters, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Buddy Guy and Junior Wells. Guest artists and fellow guitar icons on the album include Joe Walsh and Warren Haynes.
Robert Randolph, the renowned pedal steel guitarist, vocalist and songwriter, grew up playing music at the House of God Church in Orange, New jersey, upholding a long but little know music tradition called sacred steel. It wasn’t until he was out of his teens that Randolph discovered blues, rock, funk, soul, and jazz music and soon forged his own sound fusing elements of those genres. In 2003, Rolling Stone magazine included Randolph on its list of the 100 Greatest Guitarists of All Time. By the mid-2000s, Randolph had begun applying his dazzling steel guitar technique to secular music and from that grew the Robert Randolph & The Family Band. The group’s sound, inspired by 1970s funk bands like Earth, Wind & Fire and Sly & the Family Stone, was so different that they were soon packing clubs in New York City. A number of critically-acclaimed live and studio albums followed, each widening the band’s audience. Know for its lively stage performances, the group has appeared at the Crossroads Guitar Festival, Bonnaroo and Austin City Limits and toured with Eric Clapton, the Dave Mathews Band, among others. The family band’s latest album release is entitled, Got Soul.

They have opened for bands including The Replacements, Wanda Jackson, Dirty Heads, The Drive-By Truckers, and Deer Tick playing everything from Dylan-esque ballads to flat out roadhouse rocker tunes.
Cutting his teeth as a touring member of legendary blues bands, Ronnie Earl & The Broadcasters and The Monster Mike Welch Band, singer-guitarist Barrett Anderson returned to his native New England to front the Barrett Anderson Band. The group won the Boston Music Awards 2013 Blues Artist of the Year and its latest album release is entitled The Long Fall. The Cannibal Ramblers are a two-piece band from the Boston-Providence area whose influences range from Mississippi Delta blues to surf music, punk, rock and jazz. These disparate styles jump together creating a unique and idiosyncratic sound. The band’s most recent album release is Cannibal Ramblers #3. Based out of Rhode Island, Cee Cee & The Riders specialize in blues and old time rock ‘n’ roll with musical influences that include Muddy Waters, Little Walter, Howlin’ Wolf, Carl Perkins, Bonnie Raitt and Elvis Presley.
