Bridal Shows in Rhode Island 2014

As the end of winter creeps closer and the area begins to thaw out, our focus turns towards what we’ll be doing in the coming spring. It’s fitting, then, that there are so many upcoming bridal shows in Rhode Island.
Whether you’ve got a wedding coming up this spring, or you just want to see what’s new, stop by and check out some of these upcoming events.
On Sunday, January 26th, the Grand Wedding Expo ( one of the best bridal shows in Rhode Island for 2014) will be held at Rhodes on the Pawtuxet, from 12:00 noon to 4:00 PM. In addition to being a great wedding venue in its own right, the Rhodes on the Pawtuxet’s ballroom will host the Grand Wedding Expo with multiple vendors and exhibits.

It can be difficult to find any kind of relaxation when you’re planning for a wedding, but if you want to do research while taking the opportunity to relax, you should check out the Newport Bridal Show on Saturday, February 22. There will be live music all day, tasting samples of chocolates, cakes, seafood Hors d’oeuvres and more. There will also be four separate fashion shows, for wedding gowns, bridesmaids’ fashion, men’s formal outfits, and mother-of-the-bride dress options. The bridal show will take place at 101 Malbone Road in Newport, right off of Route 138. Doors open at 11:00 AM. On Sunday, April 6th, The Original Wedding Expo will be held at Twin River, from 11:00 AM to 3:30 PM. The Original Wedding Expo will be hosting a bridal gown sale, a fashion show at 2:00 PM, pre-printed address labels, and more.
