Christmas at The Newport Mansions in RI

Starting November 23rd and continuing through January 5th, Christmas at The Newport Mansions in RI will breathe festive life into these historic icons.  The Breakers, The Elms, and The Marble House will be decked out in Yuletide cheer.  Lights will twinkle as decorations glitter throughout the season.  The scent of pine will meander through the long halls and massive wreaths will don these beautiful mansions.  A new addition to this year’s lineup…gingerbread replicas of the mansions will be shown in The Breaker’s kitchen.  Five local pastry chefs are making this deliciously possible.

All three houses will be decorated for Christmas at The Newport Mansions in RI and open daily for tours from Saturday, November 23 through Sunday, January 5, 2014.   The Breakers opens daily at 9 a.m., The Elms and Marble House open their glorious at 10 a.m.   The last tour admission at all three houses is at 4 p.m., and the houses & grounds close at 5 p.m.  A Winter Passport ticket providing daytime admission to all 3 houses is $28 for adults, $9 for children 6-17.  Children under 6 are admitted free.
