An Evening of Local Food and Local Brews…What’s Not to Love?

March 27th,  TwoTen Oyster Bar and Grill will be teaming up with Whaler’s Brewing Company to offer the ultimate experience in local dining.  The dinner will take place at Whaler’s Brewing Company and will feature 5 courses, each course expertly paired with one of Whaler’s delicious brews.  Have a look at this mouth watering menu:

Course One:

Food: Today’s Fresh Oysters with fish roe, micro cilantro garnish with a ginger-cucumber mignonette.

Beer: Aviator Ginger Wheat

Course Two:

Frisee lettuce, Blue Cheese crumble blueberry beer-viniagrette, oven-roasted & golden raw beets
Beer: Plesaides Blue Berry Beer

Course Three:

Food: Tuna Tostada, shaved radish carrot slaw, wasabi aioli, scallions & crunchy nuts with sesame seeds.

Beer: The Wanderer

Course Four:

Food: Duck Confit with an orange marmalade barbeque sauce with goat cheese polenta topped with an olive crostini.

Beer: East Coast IPA

Course Five:

Food: Decadent Brownie with hazelnut ice cream with chopped nuts atop.

Beer: Hazelnut Stout
