In conjunction with RI Commerce Take it Outdoors, the Blackstone Valley Tourism Council will host a Christmastime outdoor marketplace with local food and craft vendors, ice rink sponsored by Navigant Credit Union, riverside fireplaces, and nightly tree lighting at the largest man-made Christmas tree.
