Cocktails are great, but smoked cocktails are even better.

Join us in the tasting room every Thursday night for a special presentation of a smoked cocktail of your choice. We have a brand new smoking box and we’re ready to make some killer drinks.

Here’s how it works:

1) Choose your chips. We’ll have Oak, Cherry, Hickory, Apple Wood and Alder Wood smoking chips this week.

2) Choose your cocktail or whiskey. We’ll help you decide which drink will work best with each type of wood.

3) Watch your smoked drink come to life!
