Gracie’s is one of the touchstones of fine dining in Providence. Their food tastes as good as it looks, and it looks amazing.  Gracie’s menu is surprisingly expansive. For something light, you have their Tomato and Melon Salad, served with radish, flowers, garden herbs, and a sea salt feta. If you’re in the mood for seafood, try their Yellowfin Tuna Nicoise, a filling French dish served with green castelvetrano olives and white anchovy. Or you could try their Gulf of Maine Halibut, served with nasturtium yogurt, charred cucumber, and toasted grains. Or, you could have their Bomster Sea Scallops, served with sweet corn, Sardinian Fregula, and tomato escabeche.

For poultry, try their duck, straight from Crescent Farms in Massachusetts. It’s served with a parsnip puree, fire-roasted beets, Bosc pears, almonds, and arugula. Or try their Slow Cooked Hen Egg, served with a cut of pork belly, broccoli rabe, spicy provolone, and a tomato preserve.

Gracie’s menu goes on, from their All Natural Rolled Ribeye, served with a sweet corn flan and garlic confit, to their Rigatoni Campanaro, a sweet and spicy sausage served with ricotta salata and plum tomatoes. Or you could try one of their artisan cheese plates.

For dessert, Gracie’s has a rich selection of classic, delicious tastes paired in unique ways and prepared expertly. Try their Peanut Butter Cremeax, a chocolate cake topped with sweet graham flour, roasted grapes, and toasted marshmallow ice cream. Or try their Pear Upside Down Cake, served with white chocolate anise, honey candy, an attention-grabbing lemon ricotta, and topped with fennel ice cream.

Gracie’s is located at 194 Washington Street in Providence, right across the street from the Trinity Rep building. If you want to learn more, visit Gracie’s in Providence on the web.
