Hey RI, Whodo You Think You Are?

Walter Barlow and Joe Chirico met and formed a musical friendship that has lasted almost four decades. After many successful years playing local clubs and outdoor concerts in RI with their rock band they went on to careers and families.

After a strange set of events and the reuniting of a few original bandmates, Walter and Joe found themselves jamming yet again which eventually developed into the “The Whodos, a two man acoustic act as they started years ago. The band has since evolved with the addition of two seasoned RI musicians that features Skip Harris (yet another old bandmate) on bass and vocals and Bob Drouin (founder/member of the Celtic band Pendragon) on guitar, fiddle, flute and more…. The rest is Whodo history……

The band performs a blend of outstanding originals along with rock classics with a personal touch.  Recognizable but fresh…… the combination of electric and acoustic bass and guitars, fiddle, flute, bouzouki, harmonica and lead vocals by Walter Barlow (Limelight Magazine 2015 vocalist of the year) makes for an entertaining experience.   A Whodo show is one of the most unique acoustic bands performing in Southern New England today.
