This Spring, NYC-based songwriter Alejandro Meola embarks on a series of concerts throughout the East Coast that will take him for the first time to Washington DC, Boston, Baltimore, Upstate NY, Connecticut and Rhode Island with a guitar & vocals solo-set focused on his latest release: “First Impressions”.
“I’m excited. Been playing solely in Manhattan and Brooklyn for the last couple of years and this seems a reasonable next step to take, glad the opportunity came along”, says Meola. “It’s a chance to begin introducing myself and the songs to a different set of ears.”

Alejandro Meola is an independent Rock/Blues composer & guitarist based in New York City. Born in Miami, he grew up in Buenos Aires (Argentina), where he recorded 2 albums. In 2014 released his first US singles (“Black Feathered Angels” / “Please”); following up in 2015 with a 5-song EP titled: “First Impressions”. Featured at Indie Shuffle, Culture Collide and Pop Matters, the record received positive reviews; going viral on Soundcloud with it’s first cut, “Purple”. The latin troubadour has done numerous shows in the New York City scene, having performed at Pianos, Rockwood Music Hall, CBGB Music & Film Festival, Bowery Electric, Pete’s Candy Store, The Living Room, The Rock Shop & Fontana’s, among others.
