Bootblack Brand is a maker of Small Batch Complex Cocktail & Soda Syrups for Professional and Home Cocktail Enthusiasts. Bootblack Brand was conceived as many great ideas are, while sitting on a barstool with friends regretting the low quality/high priced cocktails in front of us. On one of these occasions I decided to take matters into my own 2 hands. After months of R&D and the invaluable help of a local Food Incubator, Hope & Main I met my initial goal. To create a Complex Syrup deeply layered with ingredients that are a balance of sweet, savory and citrus—The holy trinity to creating a great balanced cocktail.
Our product gives a Professional or Home mixologist the ability to create a true modern cocktail, efficiently in a busy or limited environment and it’s a product able to be cross merchandised by our retail clients.
Bootblack is driven to research and create intriguing flavor profiles not found on your neighborhood shelf that would inspire a creative cocktail enthusiast. The ability to take you favorite spirit and our Complex Syrup to create a complete experience is our goal. With Bootblack, It’s Easy as 1, 2, 3. Bootblack was licensed to sell in May 2016 and our products can be found in over 50 retail outlets, bars and restaurants across Rhode Island.
