The Rhode Island Brewer’s Guild will be hosting its 3rd annual Ocean State Beer Fest at Whaler’s Brewing Company. The location could not be more fitting for a celebration of all things beer. The Ocean State Beer Fest taps into the local breweries to provide an event featuring Rhody’s finest breweries and brews. Each of the participating breweries will have 2-3 of their year round offerings or seasonal specialties. In addition, each brewery has been formulating a “festival only” brew for your tasting pleasure. Proceeds benefit the Rhode Island Brewers Guild, so get your tickets and do your part to support local beer. The event will take place at Whaler’s Brewing Company (1174 Kingstown Rd, Wakefield) on September 10th from 1 pm-4 pm. Get your tickets here!
