The Remarkable Ms. Alyssa Silva, A Rhode Island Inspiration!

Rhode Island! “Dare to be Remarkable” is excited to announce the re-broadcast of their television debut this Thursday January 5^th at 10:30 pm on PBS! You’ll laugh, you’ll cry, and you’ll quickly learn that such a thing as buying boots can be comic relief.

Alyssa Silva is a Rhode Island hero, and like so many hidden gems, she stands behind the scenes, like a conductor of an orchestra, allowing her philanthropy to do its own magic by way of the domino effect…. RI Blogger is proud to be to be a domino!!

As Alyssa navigates through life, she takes us along to show us how she dares to be remarkable in every aspect of her life and inspires those around her to do the same. From graduating college to starting her own nonprofit organization and so much more, Alyssa is a perfect example of how a person’s limitations and setbacks cannot, and will not, define the way in which we live. Although she has SMA, SMA does not have her.
