Soaring Eagle Zip Ride

The Soaring Eagle Zip Ride takes riders 115 feet above the earth offering a terrific view of the City of Providence out to Narragansett Bay in comfortable side-by-side seats. Riders may purchase tickets for the Zip Ride either at the Zoo admission gate or at the Explore and Soar ticket window. All riders must purchase a ticket to the Roger Williams Park Zoo as well in order to experience the Zip Ride.
The Zip Ride is open every night during the Jack-O-Lantern Spectacular – weather permitting. Imagine seeing all those pumpkins from 115 feet high!

The Jack-O-Lantern Spectacular is back October 5 through November 5 delighting audiences of all ages. This year we will travel through time and visit with dinosaurs, explore the ice age, and peek into the ancient civilizations of Egypt and Rome. As guests wander the Wetlands trail they will delight in the history of the Middle Ages, discover the New World, and be fascinated by major inventions like cars, planes, space travel, and the computer. Infused throughout will be the art and music associated with each era. Imagine the history of us all on over 5,000 intricately carved pumpkins. So, mark your calendars -tickets now on-sale!
Prime Nights (Friday, Saturday, Sunday): Available for purchase ONLINE ONLY and timed ticket entry requires pre-registration.
Value Nights (Monday through Thursday): Sold online and at Zoo admissions.
Please note: Jack-O-Lantern Spectacular is open rain or shine. In the case of light to moderate rain, the show will be open. There will be no refunds or rescheduling.

Marco Polo’s adventure brought him face to face with the exotic animals of the Silk Road, and so will yours! Start by dining on a hot breakfast buffet of baked pastries, fresh fruit, fluffy scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, breakfast potatoes, orange juice, cranberry juice, coffee, and water. After breakfast, you will join zookeepers that care for the animals of Marco Polo’s Adventure Trek in opening for the day; climb into the bear exhibit to prep it for their arrival, get up close with a camel, and see the snow leopards, red pandas, cranes and takin get their first enrichment of the day. Capacity is limited to 25 participants, so register early!

Bronx Zoo Day Trip: Special Fall Edition (5+)

A Have you ever wanted to visit the Bronx Zoo? Take the headache out of traveling, and instead sit back, relax, and enjoy a day with family and friends at an award-winning zoo with over 4,000 animals.
Cost: $95 per person
Price includes: Bus trip and a Bronx Zoo Total Experience Ticket (general admission, 4-D Theater, Bug Carousel, Butterfly Garden, Congo Gorilla Forest, JungleWorld, Wild Asia Monorail, and unlimited Zoo Shuttle)
