Wild Art

Artist and educator Eric Fulford returns to Wild Art! Each class will include a visit to the focus animal, where students will observe the animals’ unique adaptations and form before returning to the classroom to create their works of art.

This exciting 45- minute concert specifically geared towards our youngest Zoo guests promises to be fun for the whole family! Shake, dance and sing along as we explore fun musical concepts, play games, and boogie down. Pre-registration is required.
Breakfast on Marco Polo’s Adventure Trek

Marco Polo’s adventure brought him face-to-face with the exotic animals of the Silk Road, and so will yours! Start by dining on a hot breakfast buffet, then join in opening for the day; climb into the bear exhibit to prep the space for its occupants, get face-to-face with a camel, see the snow leopards, red pandas, cranes and takin get their first enrichment of the day, and experience the thrill of watching the Zoo come alive.
Roger Williams Park Zoo, one of the oldest in the nation, is Rhode Island’s number one outdoor family and tourist attraction, and a leader in conservation efforts undertaken by a zoo of its size. The Zoo has received numerous awards for environmental education, and conservation work done locally and around the world, caring for species that without human intervention would face certain extinction. Roger Williams Park Zoo is supported and managed by the Rhode Island Zoological Society, and is owned by the City of Providence.
