The best shuckin’ party in the Ocean State is back once again on Saturday, May 13th, as Sons of Liberty hosts the latest installment of Sip, Shuck & Swing in the distillery’s all-new tasting room.
Sons of Liberty is welcoming the smooth sound of local jazz band, Spumante, to set the mood with live tunes inspired by some of the coolest guys in music history such as Miles Davis, John Coltrane and Charles Mingus.
Charlestown, RI’s 401 Oyster Company is making a return to the distillery as they take the quick trip to South Kingstown to serve up delicious raw bar selections, lobster rolls and plenty more.
Sons of Liberty will be slinging their famed cocktails, beers on tap and whiskey flights. The distillery will be featuring their second batch of Double IPA, Love Handles DIPA. With a couple of tweaks since their first batch, this one is better than ever! In addition, White Wine Barrel Aged Saison will be served by the glass and will also be available in 22oz bottles ($15) to take home with you.
The bar will also be bringing back one of their newest cocktails, the Café Rivolta, made with Uprising Single Malt Whiskey, Coffee Liqueur and Demerara, served in a coupe glass.
The distillery will be open regular Saturday hours (1-9pm) and Sip, Shuck & Swing will take place from 5-9pm. No money needed at the door, only for drinks and raw bar.
Must be 21+ to attend.
