Wakefield Music Festival…Music for a Cause!

The Wakefield Music Festival will take place on September 15th on Main Street in Wakefield, RI behind Phil’s Restaurant and the Contemporary Theater Company. The mission of the festival is “to help invigorate and inspire the community to transform into a hub of art, music and culture for southern RI. All proceeds go to local children’s music programs.” The goal for 2018 is to raise $6, 000. The event starts at 2pm and ends at midnight. There will be 8 bands playing on the main stage throughout the day, as well as several acoustic sets in between. In addition, there will be some activities for children in the afternoon, as well as a raffle and silent auction. Below are the bands that will be playing on the main stage:

Nate Cozzolino and the Lost Arts

David and Julia Scott
The Daybreakers
