If you’re looking for a nice meal but don’t feel like waiting until 11:00 to start it, take a look at the Deck in Newport. Their set menu New Year’s Eve deal, priced at $35 per person, is a great choice if you enjoy contemporary French cuisine and feel like eating dinner at a normal hour.
