Optimal Wellness Therapeutic Massage in Wakefield, RI…a little more…

Stephanie White, LMT, brings a calming nature to her practice that will have you unwinding from the moment you walk through the door.  The facility is impeccably clean yet exudes a sense of tranquility throughout. What has captivated me most about this experience is that the benefits are long lasting.  Spending time behind a computer or doing any repeated motion for that matter can leave you with soreness or muscle tension.  Being a runner as well, I am always aware of the places on my body that are affected my these repeated motions.  After a one hour session the soreness and tension had been greatly alleviated and continues to be.  A massage should not be considered indulgent, but rather it should be thought of as a means to keeping your body in great condition.  You can even sign up for a sports training package to get the most out of your athletic venture!
