Craftopia is an annual event that brings local artisans and crafters together in a curated annual craft fair. Here’s a selection of just a few of the sixty different artisans that will be selling their crafts this season.craftopia

Lunar Lights Candles out of Coventry makes hand-poured, 100% soy candles. They have your usual fare of scented candles, and also can make custom candles for weddings and other special events.

There’s Upcycled Elements, a company that makes new jewelry out of vintage elements with a steam-punk flare that nevertheless stays fairly understated.

Erica Coie, local artisan, will be selling custom ceramic jewelry and house ware.

Local clothiers Apiary Designs sells a number of colorful and locally made full and half aprons.

Becaro Design, out of East Greenwich, sells hand-painted silk scarves with a variety of unique and eye-catching patterns.

Rocklen Designs creates beautiful, picturesque mobiles, made by hand with glass, copper, steel, cloth, and a wide variety of other materials.

For personal care, check out Urban Kitchen, which makes a variety of artisan-made soaps in a variety of different scents, from standards like lavender to tangerine, clove, and cinnamon.

Duque Shop makes key chains, pens, back scratchers, and more out of re-purposed skateboards, including pens with grip tape along the sides for a truly superior grip.

Craftopia takes place on Sunday, November 16th, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, at the Hope Artist Village, located at 1005 Main Street in Pawtucket. Craftopia is free, and there’s plenty of free parking out behind the building. To learn more, visit their website here.
