They will help you in making decisions as well as informing you of about each product.   In addition, they have a variety of dishes prepared for you.  The gourmet stuffed clams are incredible and all you need to do is pop them in the oven and enjoy!  Ocean Catch offers stuffed lobster tails, marinated salads, clams casino, ready to cook clam bakes, stuffed mushrooms, shrimp cocktail and much more.  Gourmet party platters are available with advance notice as well as the clam bakes and stuffed lobster of any size!  They offer an organic Faroe Island salmon that is the best around!  They also carry wild caught Alaskan Salmon and Sockeye Salmon.  If you are committed to supporting our local fisherman, this is your place for that as well.  Whatever the daily catch is…you will find it here.  Below is an incredible recipe from “It’s All Good” cookbook which specializes in clean eating.  I recommend this marinade on salmon…it is light and citrusy with a little kick.

1/2 zest of lime

1 1/2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lime juice

1 1/2 tablespoons of Sriracha

1 tablespoon of good quality maple syrup

Coarse sea salt

1 1/4 lbs. of salmon (skin discarded unless grilling)

2 Tablespoons of roughly chopped cilantro

Basically mix all the ingredients together (minus the cilantro) and pour it over the salmon.  Cook as you prefer and then sprinkle with fresh cilantro.
