  1. In what way are they sustainable?

  2. An example of this restaurant heading in a more sustainable direction would be their use of locally grown and raised food and produce. The term sustainable itself it quite wide open…but in the world of restaurants, I think it is important to applaud those establishments taking steps in the right direction. They offer cheeses from Narragansett Creamery, clams from the bay, Baffoni Farm Chicken, and more. It is definitely worth stoping in to learn more!!
