RaNew Salon & Spa in Newport, RI is a spa worth finding your way to!  I must say quite honestly I never thought I would be interested in getting a spray tan as I am a lover of the sun and basking on the beach.  However, I am also quite conscious of taking good care of my skin.  So a sun lover who cares for their skin is a little bit like a vegetarian who loves filet mignon.  That being said, I decided to find out where to get a spray tan in Rhode Island.  My already gorgeous friend had recently stopped over my house looking bronzed and beautiful.  Wow, I thought!  I asked her when she found the time to get such a golden tan…her reply…it actually only took a half hour at RaNew Salon in Newport.  I took the next step and made the call…I was quite happy that I did.

I had my appointment with Bailey Sullivan who was incredibly professional and quite talented at the art of spray tanning.  Being a newbie, I required a bit of coaching and she was just the person for the job.  She made the entire experience comfortable.  There are a few requirements to know before you go:

• No lotion, perfume, or deodorant
• Exfoliate and have freshly showered skin
• Wear loose fitting dark clothing
• Prepare to be there about 1/2 hour or so
• Do not shower for 5 or so hours after
