Massage therapy is often overlooked as part of a fitness routine.  However, a regular massage will help to prevent and treat injuries, increase flexibility and help you on your journey to optimal health. Boot Campers can enjoy quite a discount for 1/2 hour, 1 hour and 1 1/2 hour massages!

Regular Rates:  $40 for 1/2 hour, $75 for an hour, $100 for 1.5 hours.
