Community by definition means, “a feeling of fellowship with others, as a result of sharing common attitudes, interests, and goals.” It is no wonder that community can be such an integral part of our workout plan. Being part of a group that shares the same goal keeps one motivated, focused and most importantly, accountable. This is what makes South County Adventure Boot Camp such a successful organization. Women from all over the state have literally changed their lives by joining! It is a sense the sense of community that keeps them coming back time and time again. This feeling is created by your trainers, Ryan and Danielle Bate, as well as your fellow campers. Your trainers are there 100% to support and guide you through the exercises and make modifications as needed. They are also there to help you establish healthy lifestyles and create long-term goals. Your fellow campers are there because they have a similar goal and they will also be with you 100% of the way. You might find long-term friendships blossom in such a place.
