Newport Winter Festival

Through February 23^rd, you can say goodbye to the winter with the Newport Winter Festival, a family-friendly way event full of events, performances, and contests.

On February the 18^th, stop by the Newport Harbor Hotel for Teddy Bear Story Time, featuring music, milk and cookies and story-telling.

On February 20^th, stop by the Kahlua-sponsored Hot Drink Contest at The Red Parrot restaurant at 348 Thames Street. Enjoy some warm, chocolately alcoholic treats.

On Saturday the 22^nd, go to the Hyatt Regency to attend the 4^th annual Chicken Wing Cook-off.

On the 23^rd, the final day of the festival, join the Polar Bear Club for a plunge into the icy ocean, or bring your kids to the beach-side block hunt.
