     Cardio vs. Strength Training is a continuous debate in the world of fitness. However, the truth is that they are both essential facets to reaching your maximum potential. At South County Adventure Boot Camp, we believe that your fitness routine needs to address all components, including strength and cardio.  

     Our fitness program is designed so that we target all muscle groups and all components of fitness. South County Adventure Boot Camp focuses on strength, endurance, flexibility, balance, and overall health. We attribute our client’s success to a well-balanced routine that takes the guesswork out of working out. Our campers experience results such as:

An effective fitness routine is more than cardio and weight lifting. It is all-encompassing and will take you on the journey to your fitness you! Here is a look at what you can expect from South County Adventure Boot Camp:

  1.  Endurance- Endurance refers to your stamina, how long you can perform a particular activity. There are several types of endurance, aerobic endurance, anaerobic endurancespeed-endurance, and strength-endurance. South County Boot Camp will improve your stamina in all areas.  
  2. Muscular Strength- To improve your muscular strength, you must target each major muscle group. Through bodyweight and free weight exercises, you will feel stronger within your first camp!
  3. Flexibility- The range of motion around your joints, or flexibility, will significantly impact your performance. This is often overlooked in a gym or fitness center. You can not perform to your maximum potential without increasing your flexibility. Our program addresses flexibility daily. 

South County Adventure Boot Camp will improve your agility, balance, coordination, flexibility, strength, and stamina in four short weeks!
