As the name suggests, Flatbread Company specializes in flatbread pizzas, which tend to be crispier than your usual pizza fare. Try their Punctuated Equilibrium flatbread pizza, bakes with kalamata olives, goat cheese from Vermont, rosemary, red peppers, and red onions. Or, try their Providence Community Flatbread, served with caramelized onions, organic mushrooms and covered in Parmesan and mozzarella cheese.

If you have specific dietary restrictions, the Flatbread Company makes fresh gluten-free crusts, and a number of vegetarian and vegan options.

While the Flatbread Company mostly focuses on pizza, you’ll find that their non-pizza options are of a similarly high quality.
