The 21^st Great International Beer Festival is being held again year at the Rhode Island Convention Center. With more than

250 breweries to sample from, you’re sure to find more than a handful of new favorite beers. Here are just brief look at what you can expect from this year’s Beer Festival.

From Rhode Island comes Newport Storm, from Newport, and Foolproof Brewing from Pawtucket. Narragansett will also be in attendance!   There will be several hard cider brewers, including Far From The Tree, Woodchuck, Onoma, Original Sin, McKenzie’s, and more. Sam Adams will also be making an appearance with their signature seasonal ales.

This is the largest beer festival in the Northeast and a portion of proceeds will benefit the RI Community Food Bank.  Now that’s a reason to lift your glass for a frothy toast!

There will also be live music from Steve Smith and The Nakeds during the afternoon, and Young Neil and the Vipers during the evening, and pizza provided by Pizza Pie-er on Wickenden street.The 21^st Great International Beer Festival takes place on Saturday, November the 8^th, and has two shows: an afternoon show, running from 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM, and an evening show, from 6:30 PM to 10:00 PM. General admission is $49 if bought now, or $52 at the door. Your ticket entitles you to unlimited beer samples. No one under the age of 21 will be admitted, with no exceptions.
