Flexible Schedule: We understand you have a busy life, so we offer plenty of time slots. Our program runs from Monday to Friday, with classes starting as early as 5:30 am and as late as 9:30 am. Our clients usually choose a specific time slot and stick to it, but we allow you to attend another class when you have a change in your schedule. Additionally, we have an extensive database of workouts that you can do at home if you’re unable to participate in a class. Depending on your schedule and fitness goals, you can choose to attend 3-5 days a week.

We will hold you accountable for attending your planned classes and encourage you to push yourself to do your best. Our support comes in various forms, including in-person support, email, social media groups, and coaching calls.
