Sunday, March 5th is your chance to “spring into wellness” at the Spring into Wellness Fair! This is a FREE event that focuses on your health and well being. There will be simple health screenings, reiki, massage, fitness demos, seminars, vendors, presentations, healthy snacks and great giveaways. This event takes place at the Purple Cat Winery (11 Money Hill Road, Cheapachet). The health and wellness of you and your family is the most important thing, so set some time aside to attend this health centered event.
